About me

Hello! I'm Jamie, i’m a mountaineering and climbing instructor based in Bristol.

I specialise in affordable, workshop style courses for people who climb already, based in easy reach of Bristol.

I've been climbing and mountaineering for over twenty years and enjoy a wide range of different styles; trad, sport, alpine, scrambling, sky running, Scottish winter and Ice. Check out my photos for some of my recent adventures.

I hold the Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor Award and am I member of the association of mountaineering instructors (AMI) AMI (mountain-training.org).

To be a member of AMI I take part in regular professional development courses to stay up to date including thorough yearly first aid training. I hold liability insurance via sportscover.

I climb year round so expect to see the various photos on my site change with the seasons. My instructing however, is all based close to Bristol.
